We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and motivated Pharma Documentation Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training in preparing and managing pharmaceutical documents related to Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain pharmaceutical documentation.
- Assist in Regulatory Affairs documentation.
- Support QA and QC teams in documentation management.
- Perform data entry and document formatting with high accuracy.
- Ensure documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
- Report to RA and Office Managers.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field), D.Pharm, or B.Pharm.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, chemistry concepts, and common drug names.
- Good mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good computer skills and typing speed.
- Ability to work with documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
