AddressHealth is HIRING Behaviour Therapist for its Child Development Clinic at Hulimavu, Bannerghatta Road.

Clinic Timing: 10 am to 6 pm

Job Type: Full time

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Child Psychology

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of exp in relavent field.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply evidence-based behavior management strategies to improve communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, attention, and adaptive functioning.
- Collect, record, and analyze therapy data to monitor progress and treatment outcomes.
- Support children in developing age-appropriate social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
- Train and guide parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and clinical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment while adhering to ethical and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with Neurodevelopmental Pediatrician and Speech Therapist about the progress.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Child Psychology with valid RCI registration.
- 1–3 years of experience in pediatric behavioral therapy, early intervention,



special education, or child development settings.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or clinical training are encouraged to apply.

- Strong understanding of child development and neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive rapport with children and families.
- Strong observation, documentation, and data collection skills.
- Patience, empathy, creativity, and a child-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
