We are seeking an Area Sales Manager responsible for regional sales of company products. This role is accountable for meeting company order, sales & market share through effective sales strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:

- A positive customer base in sales of heavy construction equipment would be preferred.
- Should have good customer contacts in Construction, Auto, Auto ancillary and Manufacturing Sectors.
- Should have experience in project sales, Industrial sales.
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
- Travelling to visit potential clients.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.
- Analyzing costs and sales.
- Preparing reports for head office.
- Meeting regular sales targets.




- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Coordinating sales projects.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
- Responsible for the overall profitability of the west division, covering the scope of customer relationship management, sourcing & supply.
- Team building & retention of resources for the smooth functioning of the department. Sales Promotion/Motivation.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: B. Tech (all) and MBA–Marketing.
- Experience from 5-10 years.

- Salary - As per the industry standard of 4-6LPA.
