We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive to manage machine operations across multiple locations. The role involves maintaining machine hygiene, ensuring stock availability, monitoring store requirements, raising purchase orders, and providing timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

Report to assigned stores and check daily operational requirements.

Monitor in-hand stock, food quality, and overall store setup.

Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for store requirements and coffee machine supplies.

Clean and refill coffee machines as per the daily schedule.

Update daily sales before the end of the shift.

Visit multiple locations as required for operational support and documentation.

Inspect machine status, including canisters, water levels, syrup levels, and refill status.

Clean the machine and surrounding area daily.

Perform weekly deep cleaning of canisters, mixers, and syrup containers.

Refill ingredients and clean brewers.

Replace waste bags and maintain overall machine hygiene.





Check espresso shot quality and machine performance.

Report issues and update machine status through the company app.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Prior experience in field operations, vending machine maintenance, café operations, or FMCG is preferred.

Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and reporting.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel between multiple locations.

Ability to work independently and maintain hygiene standards.

Time management and attention to detail.

Customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
