We are looking for a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective paid advertising strategies and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on display creatives.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Identify current opportunities to increase leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and algorithm changes.
