PPO Opportunity

Interns demonstrating strong performance, learning ability, and field execution will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to join NectarGuard as a Field Growth Associate.

Jalna, Maharashtra (Work from Office)

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Eligibility

- Final Year B.Sc. Agriculture
- Final Year M.Sc. Agriculture
- Fresh Graduates (B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture)

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with farmer leads across Maharashtra.
- Visit farms and understand real agricultural challenges.
- Learn and communicate biological soil regeneration solutions.
- Support product demonstrations and farmer meetings.
- Build relationships with farmers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Collect field observations and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the founding team on market development initiatives.
