The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing for Stone Hedge Group of Hotels & Resort, Ladakh’s financial, by managing financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance. The role ensures effective financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains accurate financial records in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.




- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved profitability.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including managerial experience.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
