- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash reconciliations.
- Reconcile guest ledger, city ledger, and credit card transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with procurement, front office, food & beverage, and other departments on financial matters.
