Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust generative AI models for autonomous agents.
- Conduct research and development on advanced AI algorithms focusing on complex reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into applications.
- Develop and optimize programming libraries using Python, Langchain, and Langgraph.
- Conduct experimentation to enhance AI capabilities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in software architecture and coding standards.
- Analyze system performance and provide continuous improvements to AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on generative AI concepts and technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8 years of proven experience in AI, particularly generative AI models
Preferred
- PhD in relevant field
- Experience with large-scale AI implementations
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
