The Intune L2 Engineer is responsible for day-to-day administration, support, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Intune-managed devices, ensuring compliance, application deployment, device security, and user support across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Microsoft Intune environments.
Troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues.
Deploy and manage applications through Intune.
Monitor device compliance, configuration profiles, and security policies.
Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and device lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot Conditional Access and MDM/MAM-related issues.
Manage device inventory and reporting.
Support remote device management and troubleshooting.
Assist with patch deployment and update management.
Work on incident, service request, and change management activities.
Coordinate with Microsoft support for complex issues.
3–5 years of EUC/MDM experience.
2+ years of Microsoft Intune administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
