We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hospitality-focused professional who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the resort.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and property upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee routine maintenance.
- Monitor bookings, occupancy, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or property management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel booking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions.
- An established network of travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, or other industry contacts that can help generate bookings and increase resort occupancy will be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to drive business development and bring in new guests through skilled relationships and local market connections is highly valued.
- Willingness to work and reside in Munnar.
