About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior – Finance Controllership professional to support US Finance operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, FP&A;, financial reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform General Ledger (GL) and Intercompany reconciliations.
- Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) and Balance Sheet reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities.
- Collaborate with US stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
- Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Relevant experience as per educational qualification:

- 3-Year Bachelor's Degree – 6+ years
- B.E./B.Tech – 5+ years
- Master's Degree – 4.6+ years
