Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Solar Project Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. You will be the technical face of the company, managing solar installations from the initial site assessment and commercial quotation stage all the way through execution and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Site Surveys: Conduct physical site visits to evaluate roof space, shading, structural integrity, and electrical infrastructure.

Quotations & Estimation: Calculate system sizing (load assessments), select components (modules, inverters, structures), and prepare accurate, competitive commercial quotations/BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Project Management: Supervise on-site installation teams and technicians to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Liaisoning: Coordinate with clients,



vendors, and handle documentation related to net-metering processes with local DISCOMs (MVVNL).

Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site progress logs and project documentation.

Requirements & Skills

Education: B.Tech / Graduate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.

Technical Skills: Basic hands-on familiarity with solar PV system sizing, string design, and electrical wiring. Knowledge of standard tools (like AutoCAD or PVsyst) is a major plus.

Commercial Awareness: Ability to understand pricing, profit margins, and cost-benefit analysis for a client.

Logistics: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for frequent site visits around Lucknow.

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and proficient in qualified English (for emails and official documentation).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
