About the Role
We are looking for Site Supervisors / Site Engineers who can efficiently manage on-site execution of commercial interior projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities and execution work.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.
* Monitor project timelines, workmanship quality, and safety standards.
* Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Manage site materials, inventory, and resource utilization.
* Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
* Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.




* Experience in commercial interiors, office fit-outs, retail, or turnkey projects.
* Strong site management and execution skills.
* Ability to travel and manage project sites across Delhi NCR and other locations. Additional Benefits
