Key Responsibilities

- Design seasonal and trend-focused men's wear collections.
- Research current and upcoming fashion trends, colors, fabrics, prints, and silhouettes.
- Create detailed tech packs with garment specifications, measurements, construction details, trims, and artwork.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, and accessories based on design requirements.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for each collection.
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for sample development and production.
- Review and approve samples, ensuring fit, quality, and design accuracy.
- Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure timely product development.
- Conduct garment fit sessions and recommend improvements for better fit and comfort.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
- Ensure all designs align with The Bargain Street's brand identity and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a men's wear fashion brand or apparel company.




- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fabric behavior, and fits.
- Hands-on experience in creating professional tech packs.
- Good understanding of fabric sourcing, trims, washes, and printing techniques.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and factories for sample development.
- Excellent trend forecasting and market research skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple collections and meet deadlines.

- Experience working with established fashion brands.
- Creative mindset with a robust eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Passionate about men's fashion and aware of the latest domestic and international trends.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
