About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Trainer to conduct a 3-week Faculty Development Program (FDP) for college faculty members. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training on AI/ML concepts, tools, and applications to help faculty enhance their knowledge and integrate AI-driven approaches into teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for college faculty.
- Explain fundamental and advanced AI/ML concepts with real-world examples.
- Provide hands-on training in AI/ML tools, programming environments, and industry-relevant platforms.
- Cover topics such as:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Data Science fundamentals
- Python programming for AI/ML
- Data preprocessing and visualization
- Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms
- Deep Learning basics
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI tools for education and research
- Practical AI/ML projects and case studies
- Design training materials, presentations, exercises, and assignments.




- Guide faculty members in developing AI-based academic/research applications.
- Conduct assessments, discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Encourage hands-on learning through demonstrations and mini-projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
- Solid knowledge of AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks.
- Prior experience in conducting technical training, workshops, FDPs, or corporate training.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development, teaching, research, or technical training preferred.

Duration:

3 Weeks (Full-Time Faculty Training Program)

Engagement:

Contract / Project-Based Assignment
