Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring strategies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and a keen eye for potential
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight timelines
- Experience in Ed-Tech or startup environments is a plus What You’ll Get:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
