Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead – Networks to lead end-to-end network infrastructure and fiber deployment projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead network implementation and fiber deployment projects.

* Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.

* Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of network infrastructure.

* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project documentation standards.

* Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.

* Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure timely project completion.

* Manage team performance and provide technical guidance where required.





Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in telecom/network project management.

* Robust knowledge of Fiber Optics, GPON, LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, and Network Infrastructure.

* Experience in handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* PMP/PRINCE2 or Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP) are an added advantage.
