Job Description:
Cloud Intellect Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in making informed career decisions. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain records in CRM/Google Sheets
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in counselling/sales
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in EdTech/Education sector is an added advantage
