- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Track Purchase Orders (PO) and update status regularly
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch details, and delivery schedules
- Ensure on-time material availability to avoid production delays
- Maintain regular communication with vendors through calls, emails, and messages
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Accounts departments
- Follow up for pending payments with Accounts team
- Handle issues related to shortages, delays, and quality concerns
- Maintain records of vendor performance and PO tracking
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement / purchase process
- Familiarity with engineering components (pump industry preferred)
- MS Excel and ERP knowledge




- Positive coordination and problem-solving ability
- Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Production) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing / pump industry
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
