Job Responsibilities

- Visit assigned locations and identify potential land/property opportunities.
- Source verified properties as per company requirements.
- Visit property sites and verify property details.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local contacts.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and keep property information updated.
- Share daily field visit reports with the team.
- Ensure all assigned properties are properly maintained and regularly monitored.
- Support the sales team with accurate property information.

Requirements

- Local candidate from Pune.
- Good knowledge of Pune and nearby areas.
- Positive communication skills.
- Comfortable with field work and frequent travel.
- Own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Experience in real estate or field sales is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
