Educational Qualification

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Procurement Management will be preferred.
- Qualified certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in procurement and purchase management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.

Job Description

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of goods and services.
- Develop procurement strategies, policies, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and governance.
- Manage tendering processes, contract administration, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and strategic sourcing.
- Oversee procurement for construction, infrastructure, civil, MEP, renovation, and interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with project consultants, architects,



engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of construction-related procurement activities.
- Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service agreements, and software licenses.
- Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, GST requirements, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee ERP-based procurement processes (SAP/Oracle), procurement MIS, and performance reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team while driving process improvements and best procurement practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and value for the organization.
