Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Logistics Management

- Manage day-to-day loading, dispatch, and offloading of Sand and Fly Ash at plant/site locations.
- Direct tippers/hyvas to appropriate loading bays/chutes and supervise unloading at site destinations.
- Coordinate with power plant officials (for fly ash lifting) and quarry/mining authorities (for sand loading) to ensure smooth turn-around times.
- Monitor traffic movement along haul routes and near highway construction sites to avoid congestion or delays.

2. Documentation & Challan Management

- Maintain daily record books, vehicle logs, and transit passes (e-challans, TP, gate passes).
- Ensure accurate tallying of gross, tare, and net weights at weighbridges.
- Reconcile physical challans against actual dispatches and submit daily reporting (DSR) to project management.
- Track vehicle cycle times, tripage, and fuel consumption daily.

3. Fleet & Labor Coordination

- Direct drivers, helper staff,



and site workers regarding safety, route adherence, and loading limits.
- Identify basic vehicle breakdown issues in office and coordinate rapid maintenance or towing to prevent project downtime.
- Supervise sub-contractors and hired vehicle operators on shift basis.

4. Safety & Site Compliance

- Enforce safety protocols (wearing helmets, reflective jackets, dust masks, and safety shoes) during fly ash and sand handling.
- Ensure proper tarpaulin covering on all loaded trucks to prevent fly ash spillage/dust generation during transit on highway corridors.
- Adhere to local traffic rules, environmental guidelines, and site-specific safety regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Korba, Chhattisgarh (Korba)
