We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers/early professionals to join our Advertising Sales team as Management Trainees, where they will learn the ropes of media sales, client servicing, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and assist in driving advertising revenue across print, digital, and event platforms.
- Support senior sales managers in preparing proposals, client pitches, and media plans.
- Build and maintain client relationships under guidance, ensuring excellent client servicing.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing,



and digital teams to create creative advertising solutions.
- Meet learning milestones and gradually take ownership of smaller accounts and targets.

Key Requirements

- 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, media, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in media, advertising, and brand partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
