About the Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team building SaaSproducts for the UK care and healthcare recruitment sector. You'll work across ourproduct suite — covering care management, compliance, and workforce scheduling —contributing to features used daily by care agencies, recruiters, and compliance teams.

This role suits someone early in their career who is comfortable working across the stack,eager to learn, and already integrating AI tools into their day-to-day developmentworkflow rather than treating them as an afterthought.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features across our backend (Node.js/NestJS) and frontend(Vue.js and React) applications

Write clean, tested, and maintainable TypeScript code

Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) to design and query datamodels

Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into workingsoftware

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups

Debug and resolve production issues with support from senior engineers

Use AI-assisted development tools throughout your workflow — for coding,debugging, documentation, and testing — as a core part of how you work, not abonus skill

Must-Have Skills

1–2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development

Solid working knowledge of Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar)Frontend experience with





Vue.js and/or React

Understanding of REST APIs and how frontend/backend integrate

Familiarity with Git and cooperative version control workflows

Practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools

(e.g., Claude, GitHubCopilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) as part of your regular development process — you'll beasked to demonstrate this during the interview

Nice-to-Have Skills

Working knowledge of Python, Experience with TypeScript,Exposure to PostgreSQL or MySQL

Familiarity with Docker and containerized development environments

Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices (e.g., Jira)

Interest in or exposure to the HR-tech, healthcare, or recruitment SaaS space
