About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive intern to support our Placements & Corporate Relations Team in connecting skilled learners with hiring partners. You’ll help identify job opportunities, coordinate placements, and build relationships with both students and companies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and reach out to current hiring partners via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
● Support relationship-building with existing recruiters and learners.
● Understand candidate skill levels and match them with suitable job roles.
● Assist in coordinating interviews, documentation, and placement updates.
● Maintain accurate records and reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
● Share feedback and insights from placement activities with the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably Management, HR, or related fields).
● Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
● Confident in making calls and initiating conversations.
● Organized,
self-driven, and eager to learn.
● Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
