About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience who are eager to build their careers in a dynamic manufacturing and engineering environment. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure across various internal departments and work closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day engineering and operational activities.
- Support production, quality, maintenance, process improvement and other internal departments as assigned.
- Monitor operational processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.





Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age: 21 to 28 years.
