Role: E-commerce Manager – Amazon & Online Marketplaces

Location: Chennai, India (On-site only)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager for our brand Four brothers to manage and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end marketplace operations including catalog management, sales growth, advertising, inventory planning, and performance optimization.

You will play a key role in driving online revenue, improving product visibility, and maximizing profitability across all e-commerce platforms for our brand Four brothers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:-

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
- Ensure accurate product listings, titles, keywords, images, and descriptions
- Handle account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution

Sales & Growth:-

- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across all marketplaces
- Plan and execute deals, offers, lightning deals, and festive campaigns




- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Advertising & Promotions:-

- Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and overall profitability
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and A+ content

Inventory & Operations:-

- Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams
- Monitor returns, cancellations, and customer feedback

Reporting & Analysis:-

- Track KPIs such as sales, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rate, and ranking
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Qualifications

- experience managing Amazon & online marketplaces
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, FBM
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads & promotions
- Good understanding of SEO for marketplace listings
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and categories
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
