Job Description Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes. Determine the correct DRG assignment based on clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations. Identify documentation gaps and work with internal teams for coding accuracy. Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting turnaround times. Participate in coding audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
