Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Swargate, Pune

Shifts: 10am-7pm, 1pm-10pm

Provilac Milk is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience within the FMCG or dairy industry. Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings and audits
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits




- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Support ERP/accounting system implementation and optimization

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or dairy industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Pay: Up to ₹30,620.09 per month
