Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Create promotional videos, client success stories, testimonials, office culture videos, and event coverage.
- Capture professional photos and videos of consultants, clients, and company events.
- Edit videos using skilled editing software with engaging transitions, graphics, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Develop short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and content strategies.
- Maintain and organize video footage, project files, and digital assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and social media trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio recording.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is an advantage.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience creating viral short-form social media content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Photography skills are a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
