We are hiring a Planning Engineer for our real estate construction projects in Kanpur. The role involves project planning, scheduling, monitoring, MIS reporting, resource planning, and coordination to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Monitor project progress and track milestones.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, S-curves, and progress reports.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Procurement, and Execution teams.
Manage resource planning and project controls.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and project closeout activities.

RequirementsB. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
5–12 years of experience in planning for real estate/construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.
Experience in residential, commercial, township, or high-rise projects.
Solid analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
