We're looking for a Home Appliance Repair Technician with 1–4 years of experience to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of household appliances while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, and ovens
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances work efficiently
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with accuracy
Interact with customers professionally, explain repairs, and ensure a great service experience
Maintain service reports, repair records, and parts usage
Stay up to date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques
What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in home appliance repair or a similar technical role
Positive understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with good communication skills
Technical certification in appliance repair is an added advantage
Knowledge of safety standards and repair best practices
