Job Description:
Designation: Production Manager / Coordinator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Production Managers to lead and manage daily manufacturing operations.

The role requires solid leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure on-time production with optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production targets and timelines
Lead and supervise the production team, including operators, helpers, and supervisors
Ensure production meets quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets
Coordinate with the purchase, QC, maintenance, and logistics departments
Monitor machine utilization, workforce productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and regulatory norms
Prepare production MIS reports and present them to senior management
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance management

Requirements & Qualifications

B.E.



/ B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Prior experience managing production operations in a syringe manufacturing unit is preferred
Proven experience in production/manufacturing management
Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems, FMS sheets, and MS Office
