Job Responsibilities:
Monitor daily network KPI performance.
Track KCI thresholds and utilization.
Perform periodic configuration audits.
Support RCA and complaint analysis.
Maintain performance dashboards.
Coordinate with NOC for issue closure.
Analyze impact of network incidents.
Support capacity forecasting exercises.
Ensure adherence to defined processes.
Track service introduction KPIs.
Prepare periodic performance reports.
Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
Education Requirement: BE (EC/CS/IT)
Experience Requirement: Minimum 12 Years - Maximum 15 Years
Skills & Competencies:
Robust understanding of network KPIs.
Knowledge of Core and IP parameters.
Experience in performance monitoring tools.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of capacity management basics.
