Key Responsibilities
Onboarding:Help prepare welcome kits, set up recent hire orientations, and ensure all Day 1 documentation is completed smoothly.
Work with various teams in assisting recent hires on laptops, completing Work day tasks, Scheduling HR orientations
HRIS & Documentation:Maintain digital employee records Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
Employee Engagement:Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.
Special Projects:Assist with on-going HR projects in the country
What We’re Looking For
Current Student:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (you’ll be talking to a lot of people!).
Discretion:Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Tech Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend) and a quick learner when it comes to new software.
The Vibe:A proactive, no task is too small attitude and a genuine interest in making the workplace better.
