Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers for smooth execution.
Monitor material usage (cement, paints, bricks, sanitary ware, etc.) and prevent wastage.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at site.
Assist in preparing site reports, daily progress updates, and quality checks.
Communicate effectively with the project manager and procurement team for material requirements.
Conduct basic quality inspections of construction work and report discrepancies.
Support in resolving in office technical issues and providing timely solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:




Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or related field).
6 months – 1 year of site experience in construction / trading company preferred.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
Knowledge of construction materials like paints, sanitary ware, and bricks will be an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle in office challenges.
Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
