Job Title:Mobiliser Location: Kerala (Local Candidates Only) Industry: Recruitment/Staffing Job Summary Global Talent Square is hiring an energetic and result-oriented Field Mobiliser to create awareness about international career prospects and generate qualified candidate leads through field outreach and institutional partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills with a passion for field engagement.

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories.

Build and maintain strong relationships with ITIs, colleges, hospitals, industries, training institutes, NGOs, and community organizations.

Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, job fairs, and career guidance sessions.

Generate qualified candidate leads and schedule counseling appointments.

Support local marketing initiatives, referral campaigns, and promotional activities.

Submit daily field activity reports along with market intelligence and competitor insights.

Work closely with the Counseling team to maximize lead conversion and enrollments.





Represent the organization professionally during all field activities and events.

Salary: 24000 INR Per Month Requirements Any Graduate.

Candidates must be based in Kerala.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.

Minimum 6months+working experience in field sales, field marketing, business development, mobilization, outreach, or community engagement is preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Any Graduate.

Candidates must be based in Kerala.

Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 6months - 1year of working experience in counselling, admissions, recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Target-driven mindset with solid lead conversion abilities.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
