We are looking for a Head of Content – Participant Success & Learning Design who can own and elevate the entire learning ecosystem that powers these outcomes.
The Real Mandate
This role is not about making decks look pretty.
It is about:
• Translating deep strategy into easy, executable tools.
• Converting complex business frameworks into founder-friendly playbooks.
• Designing clarity at scale.
• Ensuring participants implement — not just understand.
Your work directly impacts participant outcomes.
If content fails, transformation slows.
What You Will Own
The 8-Month Learning Architecture
You will own the full content roadmap across the program phases (UNJAIL, UNBUNDLE, UNLEASH).
That means:
• Continuous refinement based on real participant results
• Tight alignment between insight and implementation
• Structured progression from diagnosis → design → execution
Every cohort should feel sharper than the previous one.
Framework Translation
The Founder has developed frameworks across:
• Demand Creation
• Selling Capacity
• Operations Capacity
• Throughput
• Leadership
Your job is to translate these into:
• Playbooks
• Templates
• Tools
• Visual models
• Exercises
MSME founders should be able to implement quickly — without confusion.
Clarity is non-negotiable.
Session Assets & Tooling
You will:
• Design and review decks
• Create workbooks
• Build exercises
• Develop implementation trackers
• Ensure visual simplicity and logical flow
Content must be:
• Self-explanatory
• Actionable
• Structured
• Elegant
No fluff.
No jargon.
No cognitive overload.
Case & Insight Engine
You will build and maintain a living library of:
• Real business case studies
• Before–after metrics
• Implementation stories
• Testimonials
• Strategic breakdowns
