Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall business unit operations, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Min 2 Years in Leadership Role with Branch sales Experience required
Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and business performance.
Identify product, placement, and outlet-level growth prospects.
Optimize order collection, supply routes, and distribution efficiency.
Coach, mentor, and monitor the performance of Growth Officers and Sales Associates.
Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and forecasting.
Drive team discipline, attendance, training, and overall people management.
