Chief of Staff – QuickLaunch

About QuickLaunch

QuickLaunch is a leading AI-powered Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform built

for higher education and enterprises. Our mission is to simplify access, enhance security,

and empower institutions with cutting-edge identity solutions. Headquartered in the U.S.

with operations in India, QuickLaunch serves 1,000+ institutions globally.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to

drive strategy, execution, and operational excellence across the organization. This is a

high-visibility role with impact across product, customer success, and global operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

- Partner with the CEO to define and drive company-wide strategic priorities.
- Manage OKR setting, quarterly business reviews, and ensure follow-through on key

initiatives.

- Track and report progress on strategic projects—across product, GTM, and

operations.

2. Cross-Border Collaboration

- Act as a bridge between U.S. and India leadership teams across Product,

Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

- Manage logistics, agendas, and follow-ups for executive reviews and leadership

offsites.

- Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and business functions.3. Product & Business Support
- Support leadership in evaluating market trends, competitor positioning, and

customer feedback.

- Help track product adoption, churn, and customer success KPIs—surfacing

insights for leadership action.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure alignment on delivery and

roadmap execution.

4. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

- Prepare internal communications, board decks, and investor updates.
- Shape CEO’s external communications—conference talks, blogs, industry

commentary.

- Act as a thought partner to CEO for major announcements, customer interactions,

and strategic partnerships.

5. Operational Excellence

- Own CEO’s operating rhythm: schedule management, meeting preparation, and

follow-ups.

- Streamline leadership workflows and ensure accountability across teams.
- Champion a high-performance culture aligned with QuickLaunch values.

Ideal Skills & Traits

- Strong operator: able to shift between strategy and execution with agility.
- SaaS-native: understands product-led growth, ARR metrics, and B2B customer

lifecycle.

- Excellent communicator: skilled at presentations, decks, and crisp business

writing.

- Cross-cultural collaborator: comfortable working across U.S. and India teams.
- Trusted partner: high discretion, resilience, and ability to handle sensitive

information.• Analytical mindset: capable of interpreting business dashboards, KPIs, and

customer data.

Qualifications

- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, product operations, or Chief of Staff/operational

leadership roles in SaaS/technology companies.

- Experience working in fast-scaling, venture-backed SaaS or IT firms.
- Strong academic background; MBA a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR preferred; flexible to work across U.S.–India time

zones.
