SaaS Sales Executive (HRMS / ATS Sales)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Executive with HRMS or ATS sales experience to join our growing remote team. If you have a proven track record in HR Tech, HRMS, or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify current business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Sell SaaS solutions to HR professionals, recruiters, and business decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, preferably in HRMS or ATS software.
- Experience in HR Tech sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage the complete B2B sales cycle.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
