Job Summary

The AI Video Creator & Editor position supports global visual communications, client campaign delivery, and brand expansion within a distributed remote framework. Working closely with creative directors, marketing strategists, and regional client managers, this role focuses on generating visual media using advanced generative artificial intelligence platforms and professional editing software. The position requires strong individual accountability, precise timeline adherence, and consistent virtual collaboration to maintain multi-regional campaign alignment. By producing video content for digital platforms, social media, and client initiatives, the candidate supports commercial growth, client satisfaction, and long-term client retention across international operations.

Primary Responsibilities

- Interpret client briefs and transform creative requirements into high-quality video content using generative AI artificial intelligence tools and professional editing suites.
- Maintain structured virtual communication with creative leads, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign visual standards.
- Coordinate video production assets, rendering timelines, and post-production revision cycles across multiple client accounts.
- Monitor content performance metrics, track editing turnaround times, and provide regular production status reports to department managers.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and digital specialists to integrate motion graphics, audio scripts, and visual effects into brand campaigns.
- Generate commercial promotional videos, short-form ad creatives, and artificial intelligence avatar sequences aligned with revenue generation goals.
- Ensure high client retention by maintaining consistent visual quality, brand compliance, and timely delivery across all video projects.

Primary Skills

- Generative AI & Software Proficiency:



Advanced proficiency in artificial intelligence video tools such as Runway, Synthesia, Pika Labs, ElevenLabs, alongside industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Remote Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills suited for structured remote collaboration, client briefing, and team coordination.
- Time & Timeline Management: Proven time management abilities to handle multiple video projects, rendering deadlines, and fast turnarounds independently.
- Client Handling & Visual Standards: Skilled in client feedback integration and visual concept presentation to align final video assets with client brand guidelines.
- Creative Problem-Solving & Production: Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills to refine scripts, pacing, color grading, and audio integration during production cycles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Skilled certification or specialized training in generative artificial intelligence video tools and digital video editing.
- Portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency in synthetic video generation, motion graphics, color grading, and audio post-production.

Experience

1-3 years of relevant experience in video editing, motion graphics, and generative artificial intelligence video creation.
