Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Faculty/Trainer to teach Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and 3D Animation. The ideal candidate should have robust industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring creative professionals.

Job Role

As a Faculty, you will be responsible for training students through practical, project-based learning while helping them develop industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and 3D Animation from beginner to advanced levels.
- Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations.
- Guide students on real-world projects and portfolio development.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and training modules.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest software, tools, and industry trends.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with Maya,



Nuke, 4D, or other 3D animation software.
- Positive understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, visual effects, color grading, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of teaching or industry experience.
- A strong portfolio or showreel of previous work.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and inspire students.
- Passion for education and continuous learning.

Scope of Work

- Deliver classroom and practical training sessions.
- Design and update course content.
- Mentor students on industry-standard workflows.
- Assist students in creating professional portfolios and showreels.
- Conduct assessments and monitor learning outcomes.
- Support workshops, seminars, and placement preparation activities.

Job Type: Flexible timing and Visiting Faculty
