About the Role

We are looking for energetic and tech-savvy interns to support the training and adoption drive for the SmartSell Application across Bank branches. Interns will work closely with branch staff, conducting hands-on training sessions, resolving day-to-day usage queries, and driving adoption of the application to improve sales and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 Visit assigned Bank branches as per the training schedule/roster.

 Conduct on-site training and demo sessions for branch staff on SmartSell features.

 Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for staff facing issues while using the app.

 Track and report training coverage, attendance, and adoption metrics for each branch.

 Escalate unresolved technical issues to the project/tech support team.





 Collect staff feedback on usability and share it with the project team for improvement.

 Support branches during any specific SmartSell adoption drives, campaigns, or contests.

 Maintain daily/weekly visit and activity reports.

Requirements

 Graduate with background in BFSI, IT, or Business preferred

 Comfortable with mobile/web applications and basic troubleshooting

 Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency is a plus)

 Willingness to travel extensively to branches within the assigned area.

 Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in the field

Good to Have

 Prior experience in training, banking operations, or field support roles

 Basic understanding of banking sales processes (CASA, loans, insurance, etc.)

What we offer

 Hands-on exposure to a large-scale digital adoption project with Axis Bank.

 Certificate of internship and performance-based letter of recommendation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
