- Lead end-to-end execution of electrical industrial projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
- LT & HT Panels
- PCC, MCC, PMCC Panels
- LV Switchboards and Distribution Systems
- Transformers
- Power and Control Cabling
- Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems
- High Mast and Industrial Lighting Systems
- Instrumentation and Control Systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor workforce productivity.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Control project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Review vendor quotations, purchase requisitions, and subcontractor bills.
- Ensure profitability and financial performance of projects.
- Implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NEC,



and other applicable standards.
- Review and approve project documentation including:
- Method Statements
- BOQ Verification
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports
- Billing Documents
- As-Built Drawings
- Testing & Commissioning Reports
- Maintain project records and closure documentation.
- Lead testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure successful energization and system performance.
- Obtain client approvals and complete project handover documentation.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of LT/HT Electrical Systems.
- Expertise in PCC, MCC, PMCC, LV Switchboards, Transformers, and Substations.
- Industrial Electrical Project Execution and Management.
- Instrumentation and Automation Systems.
- Project Planning Tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Budgeting, Cost Control, and Contract Management.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
- Leadership and Team Management.
- Excellent Communication and Client Handling Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
