Job Description:
IosAndWeb Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to expand our client base through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified leads, crafting winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare customized, persuasive, and high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope, objectives, and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to prepare accurate project estimates and solutions.
- Manage the complete bidding lifecycle, from lead generation to project acquisition.
- Maintain and update records of proposals, leads, project status, and conversion metrics.
- Stay up to date with freelancing platform trends, client requirements, and effective bidding strategies to improve success rates.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or a similar role in the IT services industry.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proposal writing abilities.
- Good understanding of IT services, including:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- SEO
- Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to generate quality leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms, bidding strategies, client acquisition, and account management.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a cooperative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
