- We are seeking a Vendor Management Analyst (VMA) with up to 5 years of experience to support subcontractor resource management for Consulting projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of qualified subcontractor resources, helping minimize the gap between resource demand and supply.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to fulfill subcontractor resourcing requirements for Consulting projects.
- Partner with Product Managers to review resource requirements and understand project staffing needs.
- Coordinate with Practice Managers and Talent Managers to assess resource availability and optimize subcontractor allocation.
- Minimize supply-demand gaps by ensuring timely identification and onboarding of subcontractor resources.
- Identify and engage contract resources on a Just-in-Time (JIT) basis for critical and urgent project requirements.
Qualification 5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Resource Management, Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, or Consulting Operations.
Years of Experience 4 to 10 Years
- Basic knowledge of Oracle products and technologies is mandatory.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Must have Degree qualification BA/BCOM/BSC/BE etc
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working as a company team member
