- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-up scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing, receipts, and maintain patient records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Support courier services and other office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified reception area.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada,
and Hindi (preferred)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
