Job Summary

Arise Web Technology is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented project coordinator to support project planning, execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is preferred.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes,



and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist the team in planning and executing projects.

- Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
